YOUR RENTAL EXPERIENCE
We want your lake day to feel effortless from the moment you start planning to the moment you head home with great memories. Here’s how the process works from start to finish:
1. Explore Your Options
Take your time browsing our rental offerings and choose the watercraft that best fits your adventure. Be sure to review any licensing requirements, other helpful information on our FAQ page and confirm your preferred rental date.
2. Call to Book
Once you’re ready, give our office a call. Our friendly team will walk you through availability, answer any questions, and complete your reservation. After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation text with all the details.
3. Reservation Deposit
One week before your rental date, a $100 deposit will be applied to the card on file to secure your reservation. This deposit goes toward your total rental cost, and the remaining balance will be charged at check‑in on the day of your rental.
4. Check‑In on Rental Day
On the day of your rental, the responsible party/driver should arrive at our office at least 15 minutes before your start time to complete the required paperwork. At this time, we’ll charge the remaining balance for your rental, with the exception of fuel as this is handled at the time of return.
5. Head to the Beach Launch
After check‑in, you’ll drive to our beach location where your equipment will be prepped, ready, and waiting. Our team handles all launching and loading — no fighting for ramp space, no navigating crowded launch areas, no stress.
6. Safety, Gear & Instructions
Once you arrive at the beach:
7. Easy Return
When your rental time is up, simply return the watercraft to the same beach location where you picked it up. Please bring back all life jackets and any additional equipment provided.
8. Refuel, Inspection & Wrap‑Up
When you return to the beach location, our team will refuel the watercraft back to full. Fuel charges are based on the amount used during your rental.
During this time, our staff will also inspect the watercraft to ensure everything is in proper condition. If any issues or damages occurred during your rental, we kindly ask that you notify our team right away so we can address them promptly and safely. Open communication helps us keep our equipment in top shape for you and for future guests.
Once fuel and any applicable details are settled, you’re all set — smooth, simple, and stress‑free.
